Click any question to reveal the answer. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out via our contact page and we'll respond within 24 hours.
To get started you'll need to share your architectural drawings, floor plans, or CAD files along with any reference images, material preferences, and a brief description of your vision. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster and more accurately we can deliver.
Yes. We include a set number of revision rounds in every project – typically two to three rounds depending on the scope. Minor adjustments such as material swaps, lighting tweaks, or camera angle changes are covered at no extra charge within the agreed scope.
Pricing depends on the complexity of the project, number of views, level of detail, and turnaround time required. We provide a custom quote for every project – contact us with your brief and we'll send a detailed proposal within 24 hours.
For new clients we typically require a 50% deposit upfront with the balance due upon delivery of final files. For returning clients and long-term partnerships, we offer flexible payment arrangements – reach out to discuss.
Every project goes through a structured quality review process before delivery. Our senior CGI artists review each render for lighting accuracy, material realism, and overall composition. We do not release work that doesn't meet our internal standards.
Our studios are based in Lahore, Islamabad, and Burewala, Punjab, Pakistan. We work with clients globally and operate across multiple time zones to accommodate international deadlines.
We accept AutoCAD (.dwg), SketchUp (.skp), Revit (.rvt), 3ds Max (.max), PDF drawings, or even hand-drawn sketches scanned at high resolution. Reference photos for style, materials, and lighting are always helpful additions.
Standard turnaround for a single exterior rendering is 3–5 business days. Interior renders typically take 4–6 business days. Animation and walkthrough projects are scoped individually. Rush delivery is available – contact us for availability and pricing.
Absolutely. All project files and design data are treated with strict confidentiality. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before project commencement upon request.
Our team works Monday through Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM PKT (UTC+5). For urgent requests and international clients, we maintain flexible availability. You can reach us anytime via email or WhatsApp.
It's straightforward. You send us your files and brief, we send a quote, you approve and pay a deposit, we deliver a draft for feedback, incorporate revisions, and deliver the final high-resolution files. Most clients find the process very smooth.
Yes. We offer volume discounts for multi-view projects and reduced rates for ongoing clients and long-term partnerships. Architectural firms and real estate developers with regular volume are encouraged to reach out for custom pricing.
You'll have a dedicated point of contact throughout the project. Communication happens via email, WhatsApp, or video call – whichever you prefer. We provide regular progress updates and are available for questions at any stage.
We offer rush delivery options depending on current studio capacity. Contact us directly with your deadline – we'll do our best to accommodate and will be upfront about feasibility and any applicable rush fees.
Upon final payment, full commercial rights to the rendered images transfer to you. You may use the images freely for marketing, print, web, and presentations. We retain the right to use work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We're always open to white-label partnerships, referral arrangements, and long-term collaborations with architectural firms, real estate agencies, and design studios. Reach out to discuss terms.
You can use your renderings across all media – website, social media, print brochures, investor decks, real estate listings, construction proposals, and advertising campaigns. There are no geographic or platform restrictions.
Outsourcing to a specialist studio lets your team focus on design and client work while we handle the rendering pipeline. We bring dedicated hardware, a specialized team, and years of photorealistic rendering expertise – typically delivering faster and at a lower cost per image than internal resources.
TERMS & CONCEPTS
A quick-reference glossary of 3D rendering and visualization terminology to help you make informed decisions about your project.
The process of generating a photorealistic or stylized image from a 3D model using specialized software. Rendering simulates real-world lighting, materials, and camera optics to produce a final image that looks like a photograph of a building that hasn't been built yet.
The creation of a three-dimensional digital representation of a structure or space. Models are built from architectural drawings or concept sketches and form the foundation for all rendering, animation, and VR work.
A video walkthrough or flythrough produced by animating a camera path through or around a 3D model. Animations bring architectural projects to life and are particularly effective for marketing presentations and investor pitches.
An interactive panoramic experience that lets viewers look in any direction from a fixed point inside a 3D scene. Delivered as a web-based or app-based experience, virtual tours allow clients to explore a space at their own pace.
A 2D or 3D overhead visualization of a floor plan that transforms technical drawings into visually engaging layouts. Used extensively in real estate listings, brochures, and sales presentations.
The process of digitally furnishing and decorating an empty space in a rendered image or photograph. Virtual staging is a cost-effective alternative to physical staging for real estate marketing.
A bird's-eye view rendering that shows a building or development in the context of its surrounding site. Aerial renders are ideal for master plans, large developments, and site context presentations.
The editing and compositing phase that follows raw rendering. Post-production includes color grading, adding entourage elements (people, trees, cars), sky replacement, and final image refinement to achieve a polished, publication-ready result.
A quick, lower-resolution render produced early in the project for client feedback and approval before committing to a full high-resolution render. Draft visualizations save time and ensure alignment on composition and materials.
Renders delivered at 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels or higher). Ultra HD output is ideal for large-format print, billboard advertising, and high-resolution digital displays where fine detail is critical.
