3D Vision Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

3D Vision Studio is a professional 3D architectural visualization studio providing photorealistic rendering, animation, virtual reality experiences, and related services. Our website serves as an informational resource and point of contact for potential and existing clients.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the website or service without notice or liability.

2. SERVICES

3D Vision Studio offers the following services:

• 3D Architectural Visualization (exterior and interior rendering)
• 3D Architectural Animation and walkthroughs
• 360- Virtual Reality experiences
• Landscape and Masterplan visualization
• Floor plan rendering (2D and 3D)
• Virtual staging

Specific deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and pricing are agreed upon on a per-project basis through a written quote or proposal. Services commence only after written acceptance of a quote and receipt of any required deposit.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed. Pricing is subject to change without notice for new projects. Quoted prices are fixed for the scope described in the project brief at the time of quoting.

Standard payment terms require a 50% deposit prior to project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of final files. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final high-resolution files until full payment has been received.

Rush fees may apply for projects requiring delivery outside our standard turnaround window. These will be communicated clearly before work begins.

4. REVISIONS AND CORRECTIONS

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project quote (typically two to three rounds). Revisions within the agreed scope – including material changes, camera angle adjustments, and lighting modifications – are covered at no additional charge.

Requests that materially change the project scope, add new views, or significantly alter the original brief may be quoted as additional work. We will notify you before proceeding with any out-of-scope changes.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full commercial rights to use the delivered rendered images for marketing, advertising, print, web, and presentation purposes without geographic restriction.

3D Vision Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

All website content including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of 3D Vision Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use of any website content without express written permission is prohibited.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To enable us to deliver your project on time and to the highest standard, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate project files, drawings, and reference materials at project start
• Respond to draft approvals and feedback requests within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you hold the necessary rights to any reference materials or design assets you supply to us
• Communicate changes to the project scope promptly and in writing

Delays caused by late feedback or incomplete client materials may affect delivery timelines. We are not liable for delivery delays resulting from client-side delays.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat all client project files, design data, and business information with strict confidentiality. We do not share client materials with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., cloud storage providers under confidentiality obligations).

We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before project commencement upon request. Please contact us to arrange this prior to sharing any sensitive materials.

8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Portfolio images are representative of our capabilities and quality standards; actual project deliverables will vary based on the complexity and scope of each engagement.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without notice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3D Vision Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.

10. USER CONDUCT

When using our website or communicating with our team, you agree not to:

• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
